The Glorious History of Punjab
Punjab has a glorious history of more than 5,000 years. Many Sufis, Saints, Guru Sahiban and Warriors were born from this land. Sufis like Baba Farid ji, Baba Bulleh Shah, Shah Hussain, Waris Shah etc., ten Guru Sahiban, warriors like General Hari Singh Nalua, Maharaja Ranjit Singh, Rai Abdullah Khan Bhatti, Rai Ahmad Khan Kharal, Bhai Kartar Singh Sarabha and many others contributed towards the creation of this glorious history.
In our project, ‘Dastan E Panj Aab’, i.e. ‘The Story of Five Rivers’, we create historical documentaries about the lives and work of these great souls. Also, we cover many historical incidents of the history of Punjab in this project.
Highlighting our History
Dastan E Punjab
We initiated this project with our documentary ‘The Lion of Five Rivers’ about the administration of Sher E Punjab Maharaja Ranjit Singh. This is first documentary of its kind on the internet, which shares the collective information on the life and administration of Sher E Punjab Maharaja Ranjit Singh. We have made some other such documentaries and will continue to do so in the future.
